Barb Stocky, retired auditor with a degree in accounting from Cal State Northridge, 10 years experience as an HOA Board member of two HOA Boards in California, had been appointed to our HOA Board.
Barb is married to Jack Stocky and they have resided in Phase 3 since April 2014. Barb brings a wealth of needed experience to our Board in terms of her scope of knowledge of Davis Stirling Act (the California law which regulates HOAs) and HOA accounting.
She has been elected by other Board members as Vice President of our HOA Board.
