All full closures have been cancelled for this week.
Lane closures will take place on I-10 at Jefferson Street December 7 - 11.The purpose of these closures is to allow construction crews to place forms and reinforcement for bridge construction over the EB and WB I-10.
Closure Schedule

Closures:
Alternate 1: Full closure of EB I-10. Closure of 1 and 2 lanes on WB 1-10.
Alternate 2: Full closure of WB I-10. Closure of 1 and 2 lanes on EB I-10.
Note: Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 will never be implemented simultaneously.
Note: Friday closures will not be implemented except as a contingency to complete work delayed by weather events to keep the project on schedule.
Detour for full closure of EB I-10 at Jefferson Street Interchange
- Take the EB I-10 off-ramp at Jefferson St.
- Left on existing Jefferson over-crossing.
- Right on EB I-10 on-ramp at Jefferson St.
Notes:
Traffic will be flagged through the EB I-10 off-ramp.
Detour for full closure of WB I-10 at Jefferson Street Interchange
- Take the temporary WB I-10 off-ramp at Jefferson St.
- Left on Varner Rd.
- Left on existing Jefferson over-crossing.
- Right on WB I-10 on-ramp.

Traffic will be flagged through the temporary WB I-10 off-ramp/Varner Rd. intersection.
