Did you know that your elected Board has final approval over who our General Manager, Lifestyle Director and all Department Heads are?
They do. According to Section 1.3 of the PCM/Associa contract, our Board has final approval over the selection of these candidates. Your Board interviews the candidates and makes the final selection.
We get the best of both worlds, we have the final say in who works for our community and yet, PCM/Associa provides ongoing training so that the employees stay up to the date in the latest HOA information, and PCM/Associa is the liable party in any employee related lawsuit -- not us. That keeps our costs down and our HOA fees low.
