Welcome to Sun City Shadow Hills (SCSH). We are a premiere gated adult community located in the Coachella Valley in the city of Indio, California. Sun City Shadow Hills is part of the Palm Springs Desert Resorts Area where shopping, dining, entertainment, and cultural venues abound.
