The Board took action on the following urgent Personnel matter in executive session. Adding to the agenda per civil code #4930.The temporary suspension from the Office of Treasurer of Erica Hedlund.
This is a result of the Board of Director’s questions regarding the accuracy of financial reports prepared by director Hedlund as Treasurer.
While the Board of Director’s appreciates her attempt to provide financials in a lucid manner, the reports deviate substantially from the figures reported by our Financial Advisory Committee and Ms. Hedlund was not able to answer questions posed by the Board of Directors related to that issue.
Therefore the Board of Directors agreed it was in the best interests of the association to suspend Ms. Hedlund as Treasurer allowing her up to 90 days to prepare and respond to the board’s concerns.
Ms. Hedlund continues as a Director on the Board.
