Phase 3 Dog Park Renovation Project

Due to daily paw traffic and scuffing of the turf by our furry friends, the Phase 3 Dog Park will be closing Monday, May 15, for renovation of the park’s turf. The turf renovation project will consist of re-sodding bare areas, applying fertilizer, adjusting the irrigation system, and re-grading uneven areas.

The park is scheduled to reopen Friday, June 30. The closure period will allow for the roots of the new sod and existing Bermuda grass to settle and recover, allowing for complete turf coverage of the entire park. We thank you for your patience during the turf renovation process.

There are many ways you can participate and be part of the Guide Dog family:

  • Puppy raising
  • Fostering – long and short term
  • Puppy sitting
  • Volunteering – newborn nursery, puppy den, kennels, community outreach.

Tours of campus offered on request. Speakers for other groups or organizations are available.

HOA Office Saturday Hours

Due to the upcoming parking lot sale, the HOA Office will NOT be open on Saturday, March 11, 2023. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

The HOA Office will be open on Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 8:00am – 12:00pm.

The HOA Office is regularly open Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 4:00pm, closing for lunch between 12:00pm – 1:00pm.

Montecito Parking Lot Closure (February 6)

The east side of the Montecito Clubhouse parking lot will be closed due to the AC unit replacement project on Monday, February 6, from 5:00am to 2:00pm. The closure includes all parking spaces east of the entrance, in front of the fitness center, as well as the tennis courts. Please park west of the fitness center entrance during this time.
