Change of Address Request

We are getting ready for the 2017 HOA Election, the 2017 election ballots will be mailed out to your official billing address on file early next year. If your official billing address is not your home address in Sun City Shadow Hills and you plan on residing in the community during the election, we recommend you fill out this form and mail it to the HOA Office (address on the bottom of this form) or drop it off at the HOA Office or send an email to  requesting the change and allow us to use your Sun City Shadow Hills address to mail out your 2017 election ballot. We must receive your request no later than 5:00 PM PST on Friday, December 30, 2016 to be able to properly mail your election ballot out.
