I would like to thank you all for your amazing response to our first day of ticket sales (on Friday, March 6) for our 2020 – 2021 Concert Season! We are so grateful for your continued support of our efforts to bring quality entertainment to our community at an accessible price.
It’s hard to believe but, in the first 3 1/2 hours, we sold over 1,200 tickets – an average of 315 tickets per hour – despite our manual system. A number of dedicated volunteers, all of them your neighbors, worked tirelessly alongside my staff to do their utmost to ensure you received the best seats available.
Nonetheless, I know many of you waited patiently for far too long. Please know that I welcome your suggestions about how we can improve and streamline our processes and make this a better experience for everyone. Email us at lifestyles@scshca.com.
