Chili Cook Off Participant Registration

Preliminary Guidelines

Our first annual Car Show and Chili-Cook-Off will be held March 5, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.

Please note these are preliminary guidelines and we will have more details to follow:

  • Participants may set up at 8:00 a.m. in the Montecito parking lot.
  • 6ft tables and chairs will be provided
  • All chili must be prepared off-site in a clean environment
  • Chili must be ready for tasting by 11:00 a.m. (judging at 12:00 p.m.)
  • Minimum chili prepared 3 to 5 gallons.
  • Participants must bring all their supplies, i.e. crockpots, serving utensils, etc.
  • All participants will receive a participation apron
  • Tasting cups, spoons, and napkins will be provided by staff at check-in.
