The SCSH Covenants Committee is looking for a new member. The Committee is a Board advisory committee (CC&Rs Sec. 13.06(iv)). A brief description of it's function can be found on the SCSH website. To locate it, log in to the website, then go to HOA tab, then the Committees folder, then the Covenants Committee folder (click here to go directly to the page). You will find the Committee’s Charter and Mission there, along with other information about the Committee.
The Committee normally meets on the morning of the last Friday of the month for about four hours. Committee members review documentary information before and at the hearing and listen to statements from residents and vendors. Because of COVID-19 restrictions, the Committee’s calendar has been modified several times this past year resulting in several months with no hearings, and others with several hearing dates scheduled. This may occur during 2021, depending on State rules and guidelines. The Committee is currently meeting with appropriate hygiene and safety practices.

The Committee will review applications and may interview applicants and will make a recommendation to the Board. Please submit your application to Celeste Lopez at celeste.lopez@associa.us no later than 3:00 pm, December 4, 2020.
