Desert Critters Are on the Move

Here's a cautionary tale: A snake was seen in the Montecito Clubhouse Parking lot a few days ago and it's a good reminder that as the sun heats up our desert, the snakes will be out and about looking for their mates.

If you see a snake, DO NOT APPROACH, as there are many varieties of poisonous snakes, including diamondback rattlers in our desert and you should leave them alone. Typically, they will not strike, unless they are frightened or cornered.

Please be mindful of your pets and report any sightings to security.
