Sun Tai Chi

Sun Tai Chi is the youngest of the five family forms of Tai Chi. It was created by Master Sun Lu Tang. Early on Master Sun’s Tai Chi was designed as a fighting form. Later in his life he changed it to accentuate the health and longevity benefits of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is well known in medical studies for its benefits for balance, stamina, and mental focus. All practices are done standing and do not require any special equipment or clothing. Just wear something that is easy to move in and stretch.
