The Finance Advisory Committee recently added 2 new members to the committee.
William T. Wethe (better known as Bill), is senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lowe Enterprises, Inc. Lowes is currently responsible for more than $10 billion in commercial, hospitality and residential assets nationwide. Through Lowes Hospitality subsidiary, they manage more than 20,000 rental units, over 100 Food & Beverage venues and 20 golf courses, nationwide. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the Urban Land Institute, the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs. Bill graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California with a BS in Accounting.
Bill has served in a variety of capacities in a number of other HOAs over the past 19 years including the Chairs of the Transition Committee, the Finance Committee, the Landscape Committee, the Design Review Committee. He has also served as President and Treasurer of HOA communities. Bill has lived in SCSH with his wife Jeannee for the past 6 years.
Bruce H. Marley served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Lending officer of Venture Bank, a subsidiary of Venture Financial Group Inc., from 2003 to August 31, 2009. Mr. Marley has also been Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of Venture Financial Group Inc. since 2003. He joined Venture Financial Group Inc. in 2002 and served as the Senior Vice President and Credit Administrator. In addition to his 33 years in banking, he served as Treasurer for Labor Ready from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Marley was very active in his previous community, serving on the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber of Commerce Board, and two non-profit boards, and served on the Economic Development Board in Pierce County, and is twice past Chair of the University of Washington's Tacoma Campus Business Advisory Board. Bruce and his wife Claudia have lived in SCSH since 2011.
