Living Mindfully

Living mindfully gives us the opportunity to dedicate our practice of living to a greater purpose and the greater good. It means waking up from autopilot mode and "taking the steering wheel" of our attention again. We practice mindfulness by maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and the surrounding environment.

Indoor Cycling Survey

Indoor cycling is an organized activity done in a group fitness setting to great upbeat music. Classes focus on endurance, strength, internal, and high intensity training using the stationary bike.
