Cost are going up everywhere. Yet our HOA dues have remained flat for the past 3 years at $217; the lowest HOA dues of any golf community in the Coachella Valley.

How can you help reduce our common expenses?

One of the things you can do is sign up for auto-debit for payment of your dues. Each monthly paper notice that the Association sends to you by snail mail to have you pay your monthly dues, cost the Association $1.10 per household, per month. Because so few of us are currently signed up for auto-debit, this costs the Association around $3,000 each month or $36,000 annually.

If all homeowners signed up for auto pay, that cost for paper and the first class postage would be reduced from $36K to $0.

You can always check the Associa website for the status of your account at any time and you can also check your bank account at any time you feel the need to double check.
