Introducing Cheryl Paninder New Fitness Instructor

I always enjoyed working out and the gym. I was introduced to spin (cycling) when it first came out. The gym I belonged to needed an instructor and for 10 years I taught the 6 am class for World Gym. Now I’m just subbing because of COVID.

During my time with instructing spin, the fitness director said we could use a SilverSneakers instructor. Five years later, I’ve been teaching Classic – Circuit – Boom. Then two years ago I was approached to take on Pilates mat-reformer.

I also love being outdoors and hiking. I’ve been on many trails, but my biggest accomplishment was getting to the top of Mount Whitney.
