Our Executive Chef, Jeff Jacobson, started with us on August 12 and is looking forward to the many opportunities he has at SCSH.
You will find that Chef is dynamic, resourceful, and highly skilled with over 39 years of experience, many in the club environment. A couple of these clubs are Augusta-Country Club in Augusta, GA, and The Reserve Club in Aiken, SC.
Chef will be working diligently along with the rest of the team to create an entirely new menu for Shadows Restaurant that will be introduced in November
Troon Golf, known throughout the world and the Coachella Valley as the premiere golf management firm, contracted with our Board to assume management of our Food & Beverage operation on July 1, 2016.
