Day 16 - Office/Den/Guest
- Clean out and organize drawers, cabinets and closets
- Throw out old paperwork, files, warranties, instruction books, etc.
- Clean windows, window treatments & moldings.
- Dust and polish cabinets, furniture, artwork and photos.
- Move furniture, dust baseboards, then vacuum carpet or clean tile or wood floors.
Day 17 - Clean the Laundry Room
- As usual begin by cleaning and reorganizing everything in your cabinets.
- Throw out that stuff you no longer need.
- Clean the inside of your washer and then the outside along with your dryer. Move them out, clean the floor, then move them back. Run your washer with a cleaning agent.
- Dust artwork and other décor. Wipe down door, moldings, baseboard and wash the floor.
- Wash entry rug.
Day 18 – The Final Day…Hooray!!!
- Change filters – HVAC, air purifiers, Roomba, vacuums
- Order new filters for the above
- Touch-up paint chips throughout the house
- Empty wastebaskets
- Wash wastebaskets
- Clean front and back exterior entrances
- Open a bottle of champagne and enjoy your very clean home!
