The most recent Meet A Board Member event took place on Thursday, November 9 at the Montecito Clubhouse. Approximately 35 residents attended. President Kim Fuller and Secretary Agi Kessler were the Board members in attendance. General Manager Kerry Leavitt was also in attendance.
Kim and Agi led an open discussion and answered resident questions. Among the topics discussed were the updating of the CC&R’s, the proposed changes to the fine schedule, the status of the Shadows Restaurant, fitness class fees, the status of financial discrepancy recovery, the new proposed pool rules and the clarification of golf course and common areas.
Meet A Board Member is an opportunity to get to know your Board members in a small and open setting. Board members, like the committees at SCSH, are volunteers acting in the best interest of all the homeowners in our community.
Plan to attend the next Meet the Board event scheduled for Thursday, December 14 at 3:00 pm at the Montecito Clubhouse.
