The Montecito Clubhouse Remodel Project, which began on May 13, continues through Wednesday, July 3.
Furniture, art, and accessories are expected to arrive July 5.
During this period, there will be limited access to the Montecito Clubhouse, with some areas of the clubhouse closed off to residents and guests. Please hold your library book returns until after the remodel. Flyers for Lifestyle and Club events may be picked up at Santa Rosa Clubhouse.
The closures will ensure that the Montecito Remodel Project can be completed as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible.
Please follow all detour signs while visiting the Montecito Clubhouse during this period.
