New Financial Policies Implemented

To ensure that the financial information that the Board receives and the information that residents receive is accurate, your HOA Board voted in a new set of Financial Policies and Procedures.

1. All Financial Summaries will be prepared in accordance with a Standardized Financial Summary Template recommended by the Finance Advisory Committee and voted on by the Board. This will provide for consistency and accuracy over time.

2. All Financial Summaries will be prepared by the Treasurer with the assistance of the Finance Advisory Committee

3. All Financial Summaries will be reviewed and approved by the Finance Advisory Committee at the same time the Source Financials are reviewed and approved.

4. All Financial Summaries will be reviewed and approved by the Board at the same time the Source Financials are reviewed and approved.
