Each quarter Ceasar Larrach and his staff meet with new homeowners and review for them various aspects of our community. The orientation covers:
- Information on the Board and their purpose
- Architectural upgrades
- Safety procedures including vendor access program
- Lifestyle
- Communication vehicles: website, magazine, phone app, smart TVs, flyers, etc.
- Clubs and how to join
- Association general information
Each new resident receives a SCSH bag that has lots of information regarding our community including a thumb drive that includes our governing documents to make it easy for them to refer to.
We have found that this orientation helps our new residents feel part of the community faster and helps them get involved in our clubs, committees, etc. faster.
