Sue Gates Delivers the View with a Smile
Sue Gates comes from a family who believed in volunteering and service. She grew up in a small Michigan community of about 1200 people. Her Dad was the Mayor.
Sue graduated from Michigan State (Go Spartans!) with a degree in Elementary Education. Immediately after graduation she moved across the country to take a job in Orange County. Over her career she taught several grades, but her favorite was first grade.
Sue moved to Sun City Shadow Hills about 10 years ago. Once settled she was anxious to get involved in the community. She loves people and makes a point of greeting new neighbors.
Sue volunteers to distribute the View Magazine. Many of her friends in the community are also volunteers. She loves her life here and enjoys surrounding herself with service minded people.
