Gary Paff, has been selected as the new Chair of the Information Advisory Committee. Gary has served on the committee as the technical advisor for the past two years. He was one of the original homeowners to test the current community news website when it was developed in 2014 and also writes for the Computer Column in the VIEW.
Gary Paff has over forty eight (48) years of experience in all facets of designing and manufacturing of High Tech Complex Telecommunications, Mainframe Computers and Peripheral Products. He has held Sr. Executive positions including Directorships in major companies such as RCA, Perkin Elmer and Printronix. He retired as Sr. Vice-President of World Wide Manufacturing from Printronix in 1989 after a (12) year tenure where he contributed to managing the growth from start-up to eight (8) facilities world wide. After leaving the corporate world, Gary consulted for various companies in the US and Europe until 2006 when he and his wife Ruth settled in Shadow Hills.
Gary also served as HOA Board President at another HOA in the Coachella Valley for 6 years, so he has a great deal of experience in Home Owners Associations and how they operate.
Gary holds an engineering degree earned from Temple University in Philadelphia PA. Additionally, he was chosen and attended Stanford University Executive Institute where he completed an advanced business course, Managing High Technology sponsored by the American Electronics Association.
