This week Bob interviews Annette Garcia, the director of the Coachella Valley Horse Rescue. The horse rescue, which is located just east of us at Monroe Street, has proven effective at rescuing both horses and people. Many disabled horses have been rehabilitated there and released back into the community. In addition, horses have proven to be helpful with children and veterans struggling to have a normal life.
