Good Morning Residents:
There was some confusion about my prior announcement regarding the “no guests” rule from last week.
To make it clear, the County’s “No Guests Rule” remains in effect. The County has made some exceptions for various activities, but these are exceptions only and do not apply to all other activities.
The HOA will continue to enforce the “No Guests Rule” on common areas. If we see guests on common areas, we will issue a citation.
The HOA will not look at what happens in your own home, unless we get a complaint that there is too much noise in a house or there are ten cars in front of a single home. If we do get a complaint – we will investigate and we will issue a citation if there is a violation.
