We regret to inform you that Mr. Johnny Goodrum passed away yesterday March 25, 2022. Our deepest condolences to Johnny’s family and wife Karen Goodrum. Johnny was the current Board Vice President and a candidate for the 2022 Board Election. The Board will meet on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 to discuss the opinions provided by SCSH's Legal Counsel and HOA Elections of CA regarding how the 2022 HOA Election process will proceed. The Board will provide further information as soon as possible.
