The second in a series of budget study sessions will take place on Thursday morning, 9AM, September 1, 2016 in the Montecito Ballroom. The sessions, which determine the Annual Budget for our Association Corporation each year, are led by HOA Treasurer Carey Thompson. As most of you know, Carey was previously the Budget Director for an $800 million budget for the State of Oregon -- so she is very experienced in this process.
Members are invited to attend these study sessions to listen as the Directors go study, line item by line item, the anticipated revenue and expenses for 2017.
Input is provided by the various advisory committees and management as well.
