The SCSH Board of Directors recently approved the use of artificial turf in front yards.
Both the "Home Improvement Application" which must be submitted to and approved by DRC prior to the installation of any artificial turf, and "turf requirements/specifications" are posted on this website for your convenience.
In order to view them:
- Click on the “residents only” menu item at the top of this homepage and log in (if you are not already).
- Scroll down to Homeowner Design Information and open this section.
- The second document in this section (scroll down at the far right to navigate to the second document) is the Home Improvement Application that must be completed, submitted to the DRC and approved before the turf can be installed. This application can be printed directly from this website.
- Immediately below the application are the Artificial Turf Requirements.
You can also obtain a copy of the application and turf requirements in the HOA office.
