Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) has hired Arizona Pipeline to conduct safety checks on our community gas lines by pressure testing the gas lines. Some residents may receive a visitor from Arizona Pipeline contractor. This person will check to see if there are any problems with gas line connections in your home. They are not soliciting service, they have been cleared by the HOA through SoCalGas for annual inspections. It is important for homeowners to provide SoCalGas and its contractors access to the area around the meter to perform the inspection and services that are required. The inspections are scheduled to go on from April to the end of June.
