Letty Siegel has been a volunteer for the Classy Niners Golf Club for five years. During her first year, Letty was a member of the Niners, “Welcome Back, General Meeting and Breakfast Planning Committee.”
During the following two years, Letty served as the Events Advisor for the club, which involved overseeing all the golf invitationals and general meetings with luncheon events. Letty has served as President of the Classy Niners since 2021 and has recruited five board members and twenty-seven chairs who oversee all aspects of operating the club.
The Classy Niners Golf Club has eight meetings a year and they enjoy weekly golf on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as monthly tournaments. Letty loves the ladies and the friendships she has made through the club. Her favorite activity is golf and welcoming old and new members on the course every Tuesday morning. She also enjoys the annual golf overnight get-away with two rounds of golf at a golf resort outside of the Coachella Valley.
Letty has been married to her husband, Larry, for forty years. They moved to Sun City Shadow Hills in 2017 from Tarzana, California. Letty and Larry have two daughters, Abigail and Jordan, who currently live together in upstate New York, but will soon be moving back to Los Angeles. Letty and her husband are very excited that their daughter, Jordan, will be giving them a granddaughter in February.
