Staffing Announcement

Good morning Sun City Shadow Hills,

We would like to notify you of staff restructuring which took place within the past week. We have eliminated the Safety Director position and are upgrading the Senior Accountant position to a Controller position. We would like to thank Lucy Breber, Senior Accountant, and Tuey Paiyarat, Safety Director, for their service to Sun City Shadow Hills and Desert Resort Management.

As part of this restructuring, Allied Universal is promoting Israel “Izzy” Ortiz to Account Manager effective immediately. Izzy’s promotion to Account Manager has resulted in the addition of a 40/hour patrol officer to the contract. This will allow Israel “Izzy” to manage/oversee the patrol/gate staff on all shifts. In his new position he will be reporting to Cari Burleigh, General Manager. In addition, Edward Nunez, Vendor Access Administrator, will also be reporting directly to Cari Burleigh. Cari brings 15 years in HOA management which included security along with seven years of security staff employed in-house by the Association.
