Our Community is about to embark on its very first strategic planning process. The first planning session was held on February 17. The next session will be held on April 24, 2015.
Led by our HOA Board and Chaired by HOA Vice President, Joan Dzuro, the strategic plan will set forth a set of strategies for the long term health and vitality of Sun City Shadow Hills.
The planning process will focus on both the tangible (physical facilities and management) and the intangible (community culture) aspects of our community.
Residents will be asked to provide input all during the process. The Board will begin by creating focus groups that will serve as heuristic devices for more in-depth community participation later on in the process.
