We ended 2015 with a $577K surplus, reserves funded at over 95%, the lowest dues of any HOA golf community in the Coachella Valley, new pickleball courts, a refreshed Montecito Ballroom, an expanded Santa Rosa Pool are and a larger HOA Office. Our community is very safe, our traffic violation penalities are $200 -- so remember to come to a complete STOP at all STOP signs. The speed limit in Sun City Blvd is 35MPH and all side streets are 25MPH
The quarterly new homeowner orientation was held July 8 in the Montecito Ballroom. 55 new homeowners participated to learn more about our community.
