The Montecito Clubhouse is a beautiful 35,000 square foot facility housing a state-of-the-art fitness center that includes high-end cardiovascular and weight training equipment, an aerobics and dance studio, and indoor lap pool with spa. The clubhouse also includes an arts and crafts studio, a grand ballroom, billiards hall, café, two computers for resident use, library, meeting rooms, business center, and game room.
Outside the Montecito Clubhouse residents can enjoy the outdoor pool and spa, lighted tennis courts, bocce courts, an amphitheater, and a lighted 18-hole putting course.
