We are excited to announce that we will be transitioning to a new and improved gate access software system, ABDI.
The new system will go live on June 16, 2025, and will offer the same great features you enjoyed with DwellingLive, plus many new enhancements!
Please note: The transitional period will be from June 10 to June 15, 2025.
During this period, the functionality of your devices, transponders, or ID cards will not be affected; they will continue to operate without interruption, even after the launch of the new system.
However, during this period:
- All guest entries will be manually processed by onsite personnel and your guests may experience a slight delay at the gates.
- Transponders or ID cards issued between June 10 and June 15 may experience issues after the new system is launched on June 16.
We are working to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption and appreciate your understanding.
With the launch of the new system, the free mobile app ABDI GateAccess will be available. This app provides a convenient way to manage your guest list, update contact information, and access other helpful features.
You may choose to download the app now. However, please note that your login credentials will be sent to the email address we have on file.
To ensure a smooth setup, we kindly ask that you contact the HOA Office to verify that your contact information is current and accurate. All other information will be transferred to the new system automatically.
Apple users can find the app on the Apple Store, and Android users can download it from Google Play.
