(The Exam will be administered on the afternoon of April 29th)
Students must self-study during the week. At the end of the second class (on April 29th) you will have the knowledge to pass a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) exam for the Amateur Radio Technician Class License.
The 35-question, multiple choice exam covers basic electricity, safety & rules and regulations to operate your radio. As a Technician class licensee, you will have privileges on many exclusive Amateur Radio frequencies. These privileges include voice, digital and television modes or communicating through various satellites carrying Amateur Radio.
