During these stressful, albeit tedious days of quarantine, it is good to have a pastime. Rather than watch the Curling Championship matches from 2017, I walk a bit, always with camera strapped around my neck. Luckily the season for Cacti budding is here . . . in several days the blossoms burst and offer a lovely array of colors. My zoom enables the closeup views, without exposure to the feeding bees.

Let's have virtual unity that this dreadful plague will be gone before we all find that Cacti no longer are enchanting.

Kerchooo . . . watery eyes . . . I you suffer from these allergies . . . here is a primary cause . . . the Palo (pollen) Verde tree. After a dormant winter, this deceitful predator, flowers with a lot of golden blossoms. Add breezes and gusts.  VOILA . . . the plague of deadly pollen invades.

Alas, the landscapers at SCSH disregarded the confounded side effects and planted them everywhere. What recourse might we pursue, once the current scourge has become history?
