Common Area Overseeding
This is the time of the year when the common area landscape turf areas are prepared for overseeding with rye grass. Below is the schedule.

Note: The closure listings for Montecito Clubhouse, Santa Rosa Clubhouse, and Shadows Restaurant refer only to the turf areas surrounding the buildings. The clubhouses and restaurant will remain open.
Seasonal Flower Change
Preparation for the Common Areas seasonal flowers color change is scheduled to begin September 18. Vintage Landscape will be removing the summer flowers and preparing the soil for the fall flowers. The process consists of turning over the soul for aerification and adding fertilization to prepare the soil for the new flowers. The new seasonal flowers are scheduled to be installed from October 16 through October 20.
