Finance Advisory Committee Needs New Members

The Finance Advisory Committee (FAC) is seeking residents interested in “giving back to our community.” We are looking for residents that have a background in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, reserve studies and contract management. If you have that type of experience and would like to volunteer and put that experience to use, please let us know. We are also looking for volunteers who are detailed oriented to join our Subcommittee on the Reserve Study. FAC has a regular meeting monthly to review the monthly financial statements produced by the two management companies and the combining and combined financial statements of the Association prepared by the Controller. The Subcommittee meets periodically to review proposed Replacement Fund expenditures and monthly during the preparation of the annual Reserve Study.
