The Safety Advisory Committee would like to remind residents that riders on bicycles and drivers of golf carts MUST follow the same vehicle codes as for cars and motorcycles. They must stop at stop signs. The Safety Advisory Committee is receiving many more letters from residents concerned for their safety as a result of cyclist and golf cart drivers not following the California Vehicle Code and running stop signs.
