The following will be closed July 4 in observance of Independence Day:
- HOA Office
- Shadows Restaurant
Additionally, the Montecito Clubhouse will be closing at 10 am to prepare for the Fourth of July Celebration. It will re-open at 12 pm for those with tickets to the celebration. The clubhouse will resume normal operation at 3:30 pm The Fourth of July Celebration is sold out.
