We have contacted Frontier regarding the recent bill sent to homeowners for a ($2.99 + .20) $3.19 printing fee.
If you do not have any additional services other than the bulk internet included with your HOA dues, you should not be affected by this fee. However, if you received the bill, please contact the Frontier Bulk Internet Department at 844-660-0648, select prompt 2, and request that the fee be waived.
Please note, Frontier requires each individual account holder to request the fee be waived.
