Friendly reminder, vendors will not be allowed on property on the following holidays. Emergency exceptions will be considered.
- Christmas Day: Monday, December 25, 2023
- New Year’s Day: Monday, January 1, 2024
Overnight on-street parking for guests will be permitted during the following time frames:
- Friday, December 22, 2023 – Tuesday, January 2, 2024
Please note during this time, overnight on-street parking citations will not be issued. Please do not park in the no-parking zones such as red curbs or obstruct any driveways.
Please contact the HOA Office at 760-345-4349 ext. 1 for Clubhouse Parking passes. RV parking passes may be obtained at either main gate (Jefferson Street or 40th Avenue).
