Good afternoon residents:
The Board met on Monday to discuss the new County and State Orders regarding masks and gatherings. The Board determined there was too much conflicting information about the use of masks, so the Board decided not to make any changes to the use of masks at this time. If you can maintain 6’ social distancing from other people you are not required to wear a mask outdoors. I have attached the State Order for mask guidelines.
Gatherings have changed in that 3 households may no longer meet even outdoors. The new State Order for gatherings is: “All gatherings with members of other households are prohibited…”. I have attached the State Order dated 12/3/20. This is a change from before when we could meet with 3 households outdoors, that is no longer possible. The State Order is now no guests or visitors at any time indoors or outdoors. There are exceptions by the State and one exception is golf, we may have outside people play golf. So, visitors or guests may play golf, but no one may gather before or after golf, indoors or outdoors. This is the only HOA exception for guests, otherwise guests are not allowed on Common Property or Private Property.
If you have questions, please let me know. The next 3-4 weeks will be difficult, but a vaccine is on the way. The light will be getting brighter each day.
