As you know we have cancelled many events, so we need to work on those events that residents paid a fee and need to be refunded. Check with your Club President to find out about any refunds and how it will take place.
In the case of the Performing Arts Club, their play ‘Hilda’s Yard’ has been postponed and we need to refund or exchange your current tickets for the next performance in November. This refund or exchange process is explained on the attached announcement. If you are unable to get a refund on the dates in question, please keep your ticket and refunds will be made in November when all the Club volunteers are on site to process the request.
The HOA Board appreciates all the work the different Clubs are doing to make this a smooth process. Such volunteers become invaluable when trying to implement new processes given our situation. I wish to thank all the Clubs, Groups, and volunteers that have spent so much time making this a smooth transition while we look out for the safety of all.
