Regarding the Bulk Cable Contract Survey, it became clear in yesterday’s Town Hall meetings that it would be possible for people to fill out more than one survey and that could possibly throw off results. This was not the intent of the process. It was originally intended that each person would be allowed to vote, but that process will not work effectively, so we are going to change the process slightly. Given this information, we will modify the survey so that your name and address will be required. This will mean that only one survey will be allowed for each house address. This should provide more accurate results, and since a ballot vote would only allow for one vote per house it will be consistent with that process. We are still planning on releasing the survey next Tuesday 8/6. Let me know if you have any questions.
