Recall Election Agenda

Voting Methods and Deadlines:

  • Mailed ballots must be received by 5:00pm on Monday, February 19, 2024.
  • Ballots dropped in the onsite ballot boxes located at the Montecito Clubhouse and Santa Rosa Clubhouse must be received by 8:30am on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
  • Hand delivered ballots on the day of the meeting must be received by the Inspector of Elections by 10:00am on Tuesday, February 20, 2024 at the Montecito Ballroom.

Ballot Envelopes:

With the recall ballot mailer, you will receive two envelopes. One envelope is your secret ballot envelope. Do not sign your name or identify yourself on this envelope. The other envelope is your return envelope. The owner of the property will need to sign their name on the return envelope on the signature line.

If you sign your name on the secret ballot envelope your vote will still count.
