Beginning Monday, April 8, 2019, a dumpster will be placed behind the north-east corner of the Montecito Clubhouse.
Residents may use this dumpster to dispose of extra trash from spring cleaning. Please do not dump furniture, umbrellas, or anything other than trash. If furniture or large items continue to be dumped, the service will stop and the dumpster will be removed.
Please do not use any other dumpster.
The dumpster will be available until Friday, May 31, 2019.
