The SCSH Community Strategic Plan Committee, Chaired by Joan Dzuro, is looking for your input. The process has already begun (read Joan's most recent update here) -- priorities are being determined. But this will be a process -- so you have time to get involved -- but please do.
The mission of the Committee has been defined as:
"Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in our neighborhood through management of common areas, enforcement of rules and covenants, support of initiatives that strengthen bonds among residents, and investment in capital improvements that benefit the greater good while providing a framework for a high quality of life, promote a strong sense of community in a caring, ethical, innovative and accountable manner.”
What the committee ultimately recommends to your Home Owners Association (HOA) Board -- could affect not only the quality of life here in SCSH, but your pocketbook as well.
